Why we built it

Government legal departments defend thousands of matters at a time. The daily reality is registers, spreadsheets, and forwarded PDFs — a hearing missed because a cause list was checked late, a file delayed because nobody knew where it sat, a case history lost when an officer was transferred.

DocketAI was built for exactly that reality, and proven on one of the largest litigation dockets in Andhra Pradesh: the AP Capital Region Development Authority, whose legal wing runs its daily cause-list monitoring, case files, and hearing alerts through the platform. What began as one authority’s system is now a product any government legal department or litigation team can deploy.
